The goal of  RBC is to create favorable climate for Russian companies and entrepreneurs that want to develop their business in the Middle Eastern market and to realize investment projects in the region.

Objectives of RBC

• Promoting trade and business relations between the UAE and Russia by facilitating communication between businesses
• Providing a forum for meeting people interested in enhancing trade and investment ties in order to exchange experience and information, develop contacts and facilitate interaction
• Promoting mutual investments between the two countries
• Identifying, encouraging and informing members of appropriate sources of information relating to trade and investment opportunities, practices and regulations in the UAE and Russia
• Supporting business interests in Russia and the UAE by providing information and advice- Liaising and cooperating with organisations in Russia and the UAE which goals are similar to those of the Council
