The International Transport Industry Public Award “Zolotaya Kolestnitsa” was established by the Transport Committee of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation and the Transport Ministry of RF as a public award which is conferred to collective bodies and managerial staff involved in the transport industry, transport services sphere, transport science and education as well as adjoining activities.
The International Transport Industry Public Award “Zolotaya Kolestnitsa” facilitates achievement of social and economical purposes aimed at the Russia transport sector recovery and recovery of the country at large, popularization of the gains of those who work in this sector and strengthening of the international economic relationships.
The Official Award Ceremony is held annually.
The form of carrying out the ceremony of presenting the prizes of the International Transport Industry Public Award “Zolotaya Kolestnitsa” is an official ceremonial and a concert in honor of the Award Laureates.
